About the Author

Frank Walsh is a retired judge of the County Court of Victoria. Born in Trentham in Victoria in 1931, Frank contracted polio at an early age but over came the worst affects of the disease, learning to walk at age seven. After a distinguished career at the Victorian Bar he was appointed judge in 1982 and served for twenty years. He lives in Melbourne.
